PHONE CONSULTATIONS

Diana is available for phone consultations on an appointment basis.

During private phone consultations, Diana draws on a lifetime with horses including 25 years of professional training; 17 years as a specialist working with horses with behavior, movement and performance problems.

Advice can include innovative training techniques, massage or acupressure methods, behavioral information, flower essence formulas, nutritional ideas, referrals to area alternative veterinary and shoeing practitioners. Diana helps you understand both the big picture of the situation and what individual factors may be influencing the horse (physical, emotional and internal health). She also gives you practical actions to take in order to resolve the situation.

If Diana hears your description of the horse's problem and decides in the first 10 minutes of the phone consultation that she is not the professional needed in your situation, she ends the sessions or refers you on to another professional. In these cases, there is no charge.

In all other cases, however, there is a minimum charge for phone consultations of $20.00 that covers the first 15 minutes. If the session lasts longer, the call is billed at an hourly rate of $80.00 per hour. Example: a 30-minute phone call is $40.00. There will be a fee for mailed out materials.
